




Position: Personnel Administration Assistant Description: We are looking for a Personnel Administration Assistant to join our team. The professional will be responsible for assisting in activities related to personnel management and payroll. Responsibilities: * Contact candidates, requesting and receiving the necessary documentation for admission; * Register employees in the payroll system; * Conduct integration of new employees, ensuring they are aligned with company processes and policies; * Execute movements and updates related to offered benefits (health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, food voucher and meal voucher); * Maintain and monitor the electronic timekeeping system; * Provide employee support via phone and WhatsApp, clarifying questions and providing assistance for departmental requests; Requirements: * High school diploma * Preferred Qualification: Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources or related fields * Ability to work in a team and in an organized manner
