**Collector – Ariquemes** Ariquemes Perform residential and commercial waste collection, assist the driver along assigned routes, and ensure proper containment of materials. We seek professionals with physical stamina, commitment, and ease working in teams. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Collect residential, commercial, or industrial waste according to the assigned route * Accompany the driver during the route, assisting with operations * Ensure proper containment of waste in the collection vehicle * Maintain cleanliness and organization at collection points * Use PPE (personal protective equipment) correctly * Comply with safety regulations and operational procedures ### **Technical Requirements** * Prior experience in operational or manual labor services is desirable * Good physical endurance * Availability to work rotating shifts and perform outdoor tasks ### **Behavioral Profile** * Proactivity and willingness to perform physical labor * Responsibility and commitment to schedules and routes * Teamwork (effective communication with driver and team) * Attention to and care for safety * Agility and organization * Resilience (ability to handle weather conditions and physical exertion) ### **Benefits** * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Life insurance Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education)
