The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for performing receiving, inspection, storage, control, dispatch, and customer-facing material handling activities in accordance with company standards and procedures. Additionally, they must record incoming and outgoing material movements in the system. It will be an honor to welcome you into the Spare family to tackle these challenges together! **Responsibilities:** Load and unload materials from trucks, verifying their entry and exit against invoices and purchase orders before organizing them in designated storage locations; Receive and store materials using equipment that does not require specialized training for operation, such as manual pallet jacks, platform carts, etc.; Perform tasks related to material storage, arrangement, preservation, and warehouse cleaning; Provide customer service at the warehouse counter by receiving requests and delivering requested materials; Conduct physical inventory counts to ensure stock item accuracy; Sort materials for return and forward documentation for required procedures; Check for expired items and monitor expiration dates; Record material issuance transactions in the system; Control and verify materials delivered by suppliers, cross-checking fiscal documents against purchase orders to ensure compliance with quality, quantity, and specification requirements; Organize material storage in appropriate locations to preserve physical integrity and usability according to each material’s characteristics, while facilitating location and handling; Receive, issue, and archive material movement documentation. **Requirements:** Completed High School education, Experience in inventory counting, Basic ERP system knowledge, Experience in loading and unloading materials. **Benefits:** Life Insurance, Meal Allowance, Medical Assistance, On-site Restaurant, Commuter Bus. 2512240202491702982
