Join Nexa and be part of a mining company that moves with the world! \#womeninmining **Responsibilities and attributions** * Professional responsible for performing, planning, and monitoring technical inspections on dry circuit equipment (crushing, screening, conveyors, silos, chutes, feeders, mills) and reagent systems at the processing plant; * Works on early identification of failures, ensuring asset integrity, reliability, and availability, as well as contributing to corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance plans; * Perform routine and special inspections on mechanical equipment in dry and reagent circuits; * Prepare technical inspection reports, indicating anomalies, probable causes, and corrective recommendations; * Ensure compliance with inspection and maintenance plans based on criticality and reliability; * Monitor interventions on critical equipment, ensuring execution quality and adherence to technical standards; * Support PCM in updating maintenance plans, historical records, and performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, availability); * Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams to prioritize demands and mitigate operational risks; * Maintain inspection records and technical documentation in corporate systems (e.g.: SAP PM, Power BI, or PCM software); * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards during activities; * Suggest design and process improvements to enhance asset reliability; **Requirements and qualifications** **Required qualifications:** * Completed technical degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields; * Experience in equipment inspection at mining plants (dry, wet, and reagent circuits); * Practical knowledge of visual, dimensional, and basic vibration inspection techniques; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and mechanical diagrams; * Proficiency in failure recording and analysis tools (spreadsheets, SAP PM, technical reports); **Will be an advantage:** * Additional training in Reliability, Lubrication, Failure Analysis, or Predictive Techniques; * Intermediate knowledge in vibration analysis, thermography, and ultrasound; * Experience in root cause analysis (RCA, 5 Whys, Ishikawa Diagram); * Knowledge of PCM methodologies (MCC, RCM, FMEA); * Familiarity with Power BI for consolidating and analyzing inspection data; **Skills and Competencies:** * Expertise in industrial mechanical inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance, and asset reliability; * Ability to interpret inspection data and reports, critical thinking, and attention to detail; * Proactivity, sense of responsibility, commitment to safety and quality; * Strong communication skills with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams; **Additional information** ***Nexa believes in promoting a diverse environment where everyone feels comfortable and welcome to be themselves.*** We are one of the largest zinc producers in the world!
