Description: Required Qualifications: * Completed technical education in Mining, Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical or related fields. * Previous experience operating underground mining equipment: Jumbo, Shotcrete Robot, Scaler, Backhoe Loader and support equipment. * Knowledge of operational safety, underground mining procedures and best operating practices. * Availability to work on-site and in underground environments. * Basic knowledge of Office software suite. * Ability to develop and follow procedures and work instructions. * Willingness to reside in Aripuanã/MT; Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience operating underground mining equipment (even as operator, assistant or operational support). * Experience with equipment simulators. * Familiarity with training planning, schedules and performance indicators (training hours, performance evaluation). * Category D driver's license (for familiarity with mining trucks). * Availability to work different shifts if necessary.
