Join Nexa and become part of a mining company that moves with the world! \#womeninmining **Responsibilities and attributions** * Conduct training and development for mine and plant equipment operators; * Perform performance evaluations; * Develop personnel through the use of equipment and simulators; * Create content and materials for training delivery; * Demonstrate the ability to transfer knowledge and content effectively, ensuring process understanding through specific teaching methodologies; * Maintain physical and digital training records; * Plan and organize training schedules and structures; * Commit to personal development regarding new equipment and areas; * Be responsible for delivering training on the following equipment: Jumbo, Shotcrete robot, Scaler, Bolter, Backhoe Loader, and conventional trucks; **Requirements and qualifications** **Required qualifications:** * Completed technical degree in Mining, Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or related fields. * Previous experience operating underground mining equipment: Jumbo, Shotcrete Robot, Scaler, Backhoe Loader, and support equipment. * Knowledge of operational safety, underground mining procedures, and best operating practices. * Availability to work on-site and in underground environments. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. * Ability to develop and follow procedures and work instructions. * Willingness to reside in Aripuanã/MT; **Preferred qualifications:** * Prior experience operating underground mining equipment (even as an operator, assistant, or operational support). * Experience with equipment simulators. * Familiarity with training planning, scheduling, and indicator tracking (training hours, performance assessments). * Class D driver's license (for familiarity with mining trucks). * Availability to work different shifts if necessary. **Skills and competencies:** * Clarity and teaching ability to convey technical knowledge to professionals of varying profiles. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Organizational skills to maintain updated physical and digital records. * Planning and discipline in structuring training schedules. * Proactiveness and eagerness to learn new equipment and processes. * Attention to detail and focus on safety. * Interpersonal skills and ability to guide, correct, and develop people. * Professional, ethical, and responsible attitude, focused on team development and adherence to operational standards. **Additional information** ***Nexa believes in fostering a diverse environment where everyone feels welcome and comfortable being themselves.*** We are one of the world’s largest zinc producers!
