Safeguard the company's assets and facilities **Job Details:** **Position:** Night Watchman **Work Location:** Aripuanã/MT **Employment Type:** CLT **Schedule:** 12x36 shift rotation **Working Hours:** 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM and 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM **Compensation:** * Salary: **R$ 1\.976,48** * **Night Shift Allowance** **Benefits:** * Meal Voucher: **R$ 664,21** *(monthly deduction of R$ 2,60\)* * Life Insurance **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor the yard, workshop warehouse, and administrative area to ensure site security during nighttime hours * Conduct periodic patrols to prevent theft, damage, or unauthorized access * Control access for personnel and vehicles * Collect and manage keys for parked vehicles * Safeguard the company's assets, facilities, vehicles, and equipment * Report any irregularities, suspicious movements, or incidents to the responsible parties * Comply with internal security policies and established operational procedures **Mandatory Requirements:** * Minimum of **6 months** of experience in this role or similar activities * Constant attention, responsibility, and a preventive attitude * Availability to work on a 12x36 night shift schedule **Preferred Qualifications:** * Completion of a **Security Guard Training Course** * Experience in access control, patrols, and asset security * Good conduct, discretion, professional ethics, and emotional stability * Ability to remain calm and act decisively in unexpected situations If the above information aligns with your interest, please confirm by replying to this message.
