This professional will collaborate with managers across different departments to understand hiring needs and define suitable candidate profiles. Key responsibilities include: * Screening resumes and conducting competency-based interviews. * Administering and analyzing psychological and technical assessments. * Creating and publishing job advertisements across various recruitment channels. * Participating in job fairs and recruitment events. * Developing and maintaining an updated talent database. * Conducting onboarding processes for new employees. * Preparing recruitment and selection reports and metrics. * Implementing and monitoring employee development and training programs. * Providing support to employees regarding HR policies and career development. * Collaborating in the definition and implementation of talent retention policies. **Requirements:** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Experience in the Human Resources field. * Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes. * Ability to administer and interpret psychological assessments. * Knowledge of labor and social security legislation. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work both collaboratively and independently. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * **Benefits:** Attendance bonus, On-site meal, Life insurance, Food allowance R$300.00
