Join Nexa and be part of a mining company that moves with the world! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate concrete spraying teams and activities in the mine operation; * Manage and monitor quality and cost indicators related to concrete spraying activities; * Monitor and ensure compliance with processes aimed at fostering a positive Organizational Climate within your area of responsibility; * Ensure implementation and dissemination of the integrated SSMA and Q Quality Policy—Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality—adopted by the organization; * Collaborate with HR Management to oversee and evaluate selection, training, and motivation processes for team members, based on OHI surveys; * Oversee concrete production at the concrete batching plant **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical degree in Mining; * Experience in underground mining operations; * Experience in people management; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Willingness to reside in Aripuanã/MT; **Additional Information** ***Nexa believes in fostering a plural environment where everyone feels comfortable and confident being their authentic selves.*** We are one of the world’s largest zinc producers!
