Join Nexa and be part of a mining company that moves with the world! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate teams and activities related to face preparation and sanitation in underground mine development; * Manage and monitor quality and cost indicators related to concrete projection activities; * Monitor and ensure compliance with processes aimed at fostering a positive Organizational Climate within your area of responsibility; * Ensure compliance with and dissemination of the integrated SSMA and Q (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) policy adopted by the organization; * Collaborate with HR Management to monitor and evaluate selection, training, and motivation processes for team members based on OHI surveys; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical degree in Mining Engineering; * Experience in underground mining operations; * Experience in people management; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Willingness to reside in Aripuanã/MT; * **Additional Information** ***Nexa believes in fostering a plural environment where everyone feels comfortable and empowered to be their authentic selves.*** We are one of the world’s largest zinc producers!
