Cuiabá/MT – Quilombo Neighborhood A company located in the Quilombo neighborhood of Cuiabá/MT is seeking an HR Assistant to support recruitment and selection routines, onboarding of new employees, training, evaluations, HR indicator monitoring, and employee support—assisting with questions related to internal policies, organizational climate, and engagement initiatives. **?? Requirements:** Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields; organizational skills, strong communication abilities, interest in professional development within HR, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **?? Salary:** BRL 2,200.00 initially \| BRL 2,420.00 after 90 days **?? Benefits:** Transportation Allowance and Meal Allowance of BRL 22.00/day (Mon–Fri) **?? Conduct and support the onboarding process for new employees. Assist in Training and Development initiatives, attendance list management, and recordkeeping. Support performance evaluation processes and HR indicator monitoring. Maintain organization of physical and digital files, and update information in internal systems. Provide employee support by clarifying questions related to internal policies, procedures, and HR routines. Support initiatives related to organizational climate, internal communication, and employee engagement. Provide administrative support for HR department activities. **Technical Requirements:** Basic knowledge of HR routines (recruitment, training, evaluations, indicators). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Organizational skills and attention to detail.
