Monitor and track online sales performance, generating reports. Support the marketing team in publishing content for social media and the company website. Perform basic maintenance of the order management and inventory system. Participate in meetings and training sessions related to job duties. **Requirements:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Information Technology. 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, customer service, or data analysis. Familiarity with e-commerce management tools, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office suite. Strong communication, organizational, detail-oriented, and teamwork skills. Ability to manage deadlines, goals, and problem-solving effectively. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience with e-commerce platforms such as VTEX, Magento, or Shopify.
