Responsibilities: * Configure and install software and hardware * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment * Assist users with technical issues * Perform data backup and recovery * Assist in network and server management Requirements: * High school diploma * IT-related education or related field is preferred * Prior experience in technical support * Knowledge of operating systems * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively in a team
