Contribution to monitoring results for new improvement projects The **Continuous Improvement** department is responsible for analyzing and developing projects aimed at continuously enhancing the company's processes, products, and services, with the objective of making the company more efficient and competitive. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the development of quality improvement projects for customers and internally, applying the Six Sigma methodology. * Assist in analyzing internal quality and productivity results to apply problem-solving methodologies. * Assist in developing and participate in statistical analyses for process and product stability. * Contribute to monitoring and tracking internal and external quality and cost results, to support the development of new continuous improvement projects. * Support the development of new process control techniques and technologies, as well as monitoring and tracking of process variables. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of statistical tools (desirable). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel at least at an intermediate level (desirable). * Intermediate English (desirable). * Familiarity with problem-solving methodologies such as DMAIC / PDCA and similar (desirable). **Additional Information** Dental Plan Meal Allowance Transportation Allowance Resumes from Persons with Disabilities are accepted for all positions.
