At Andrade Gutierrez, all people are welcome, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity or disability. **Responsibilities and duties** * Safely operate concrete mixer trucks, transporting and delivering concrete on time and under the required operational conditions; * Load concrete at the plant or concrete center, adjusting drum rotation speed according to the required consistency; * Discharge concrete at the location specified by the technical team, following safety procedures and application guidelines; * Monitor mixing and transport times to prevent concrete segregation or loss of quality; * Perform internal and external cleaning of the mixer drum after each use, according to operational standards; * Complete vehicle checklists and delivery reports, recording any incidents during transportation; * Strictly comply with internal traffic regulations, occupational safety rules, PPE usage, and site-specific procedures; * Report any mechanical, electrical or operational anomalies to the maintenance team; * Collaborate with shotcrete teams, pump operators, robot operators and engineers, contributing to smooth operations. **Requirements and qualifications** * Proven experience as a concrete mixer truck driver, preferably in infrastructure, mining, tunnel projects or shotcrete applications; * Experience in hard-to-access operational areas or confined environments, such as underground works or mine ramps; * Knowledge of concrete handling during transportation (discharge time, rotation speed, drum cleaning); * Experience working in shifts, remote locations, and high-safety-demand environments; **Additional information** Location: Aripuanã / Mato Grosso * WE ARE AG It is through the strength of \#OurPeople that we build the future and reach further every day! * OUR STORY Andrade Gutierrez was founded in 1948 in Minas Gerais by three young engineers who began building roads and never stopped. At Andrade Gutierrez, all people are welcome, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, or disability. **Responsibilities and duties** * Operate drilling and mechanical anchor installation equipment according to technical standards for rock mass stability at mining faces or tunnels; * Conduct pre-operational inspections and equipment checklists, ensuring proper functioning and reporting failures to the maintenance team; * Position the equipment safely and accurately, respecting geotechnical and ventilation conditions in the underground environment; * Strictly comply with safety procedures, signage, and access control, using all required PPE; * Work together with production, geotechnical, and safety teams, contributing to rock mass stabilization and mine advancement; * Ensure proper use and preservation of drilling equipment and accessories used (anchors, resins, among others); * Fill out production, performance, and technical incident reports, recording daily drilling and anchoring progress; * Participate in training, refresher courses, and safety programs as required by internal standards and applicable regulations (e.g.: NR\-22\). **Requirements and qualifications** * Proven experience as a bolter or drill rig operator for anchors in underground mining environments; * Practical knowledge of drilling procedures, anchor installation, and anchoring resin application; * Experience working in high operational risk environments, such as underground mining faces, working in shifts under restricted conditions; * Familiarity with equipment from brands such as Sandvik, Epiroc, Jacon, Normet, or similar is desirable. **Additional information** Location: Aripuanã / Mato Grosso * WE ARE AG It is through the strength of \#OurPeople that we build the future and reach further every day! * OUR STORY Andrade Gutierrez was founded in 1948 in Minas Gerais by three young engineers who started building roads and never stopped.
