Job Details
**Responsibilities:**
1\. Verify the unit's compliance with municipal, state, and federal legal requirements.
2\. Monitor and verify controls to ensure traceability from input acquisition for planting, field management, harvesting, processing,
storage, and distribution.
3\. Monitor allowable levels of transgenic material in conventional soybean seeds to ensure preserved identity throughout the production chain.
4\. Identify control needs, develop, train staff on, and monitor implementation of controls across production processes, machinery usage,
equipment, and general facilities.
5\. Monitor field-level application and storage of agrochemicals (herbicides, fungicides, insecticides, desiccants), including active ingredients and
dosages, to facilitate risk analysis against national and international pesticide residue limits.
6\. Ensure timely updates and reviews of quality management system documents related to assigned activities and operations.
7\. In prerequisite programs (PPR and PPRO), support control and maintenance of hygiene, pest prevention and control, identification,
archiving, traceability, and sampling.
8\. In risk management, support planning for hazard identification, risk assessment, establishment of specific control measures,
determination of critical control points, definition of standards, monitoring, corrective and corrective actions, validation, and verification.
9\. Track, tabulate, and address quality-related product complaints and rejections, as well as associated costs.
10\. Know and apply quality tools to prevent problems, propose solutions, and continuously improve process effectiveness.
11\. Participate in employee qualification to meet quality management system requirements.
12\. Conduct internal audits and support external audits, routine inspections, implement corrective and corrective actions as needed,
and prepare reports.
13\. Tabulate and report data from senior management critical review meetings.
14\. Enter information into systems such as Soft Expert, spreadsheets, etc.
15\. Perform potable water quality control at the facility.
16\. When required or requested, carry out the above activities at other company facilities and third-party locations.
17\. Actively participate in developing action plans aimed at continuous process improvement and team development using the
SIM+ methodology.
18\. Actively participate in and contribute to corporate Amaggi programs and initiatives, such as OSH, Continuous Improvement, Quality and Food Safety Management System (QFSMS), Reliability, Socio-environmental, Compliance, and Asset Security, among others.
19\. And other related duties.
**Required Qualifications:**
**Completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree in:** Business Administration / Production Engineering / Agricultural Engineering / Agronomy / Food Engineering;
Knowledge and familiarity with grain receiving, processing, and storage activities, and quality tools. Knowledge of Good Agricultural Practices (planting, field management, and grain harvesting) is desirable.
