Provide excellent customer service Description: Completed high school education; Ability to learn quickly; Interest in mechanical and maintenance fields; Driver's license category B; * Assist in the assembly and disassembly of equipment and parts, according to instructions from the responsible technical consultant. * Accompany technicians in the field to assist them with technical support. * Assist technicians with maintenance of agricultural machinery. * Provide excellent customer service, proactively seeking to understand customers' needs. * Prepare parts and tools for use in advance to expedite and improve customer service. * Wash machinery and implements before or after maintenance to ensure equipment organization and preservation. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the workplace, consistently adhering to hygiene standards, workplace organization, and departmental rules and instructions. * Follow technical quality and safety standards and procedures. * Perform other duties inherent to the position and of similar complexity, as required. 2511120202181836785
