Job Summary: The Kumon Granja Marileusa center is seeking an Educational Assistant to support students, encourage independence, and assist with pedagogical routines with dedication and proactivity. Encourage independence and study discipline ***Join the Kumon Granja Marileusa team!*** At Kumon, we believe every child has unique potential to be developed, and we work to empower each child to become the protagonist of their own learning journey. **We transform lives through education—uniting dedication, methodology, and care!** We are looking for an **Educational Assistant** to join our center. **Job Requirements:** * Enjoy working with children and possess strong interpersonal skills * Be studying Mathematics or demonstrate aptitude in exact sciences * Show interest in learning and studying the Kumon method * Demonstrate ability to follow instructions and apply methodologies * Be **punctual and committed** to scheduled hours * Possess **proactivity** and enthusiasm for teamwork * Patience, enthusiasm, and empathy * Responsibility and dedication in daily tasks **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise students while they complete assigned activities. * Encourage independence and study discipline. * Grade and record exercises according to Kumon method criteria. * Assist in organizing teaching materials. * Support family communication as needed. * Assist the instructor in managing pedagogical routines. **Benefits:** Transportation allowance. English, Portuguese, and Mathematics courses. **Employment Type:** Full-time, Permanent/CLT Compensation: Starting at R$1\.700,00 per month **Education Requirement:** Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
