




Job Summary: An internship opportunity in IT Support to assist in various activities related to maintenance, configuration, and technical support for users, ensuring proper functionality of resources. Preventive maintenance of peripherals We currently have an opening for an IT Support Intern, as detailed below: Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday Days Off: Saturdays and Sundays **Main Responsibilities:** * Respond to technical support requests from users of computer equipment, ensuring proper functionality and availability of resources * Assist with technical support for users and the Windows operating system * Support the installation and configuration of notebooks and desktops * Perform application installations in Windows environments * Assist in diagnosing errors and conducting local network and network point tests * Use remote access tools to provide user support * Support folder and directory configuration, sharing, and mapping * Assist in diagnosing hardware issues, as well as performing maintenance and/or replacement of parts and components * Support internal company systems; strong communication skills and dynamism are essential * Maintain up-to-date IT documentation * Conduct preventive maintenance on peripherals (testing, cleaning, and assembling kits) **Desired Qualifications:** * Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems (XP, Vista, Windows 7 or later) * Interest in continuous learning in the IT field Job Type: Internship Contract Duration: 730 months Compensation: Starting at R$1.300,00 per week Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
