Join our Commercial team — don’t miss this opportunity! **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** **You will do here:** * Supplier Research: Search and identify potential suppliers, evaluating price, quality, delivery timelines, and payment terms. * Quotations and Negotiations: Request quotations for products and services, negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers, and secure favorable agreements. * Purchase Requests: Enter approved purchase orders into the commercial system; when new, perform proper registration of suppliers and products. * Purchase Records: Maintain accurate records of all purchasing transactions, including purchase orders, contracts, and invoices. * Inventory Control: Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure stock levels align with company needs. * Payment Approvals: Review and approve supplier invoices for payment, ensuring compliance with contractual terms. * Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, monitor performance, and resolve issues as needed. * Supplier Evaluation: Participate in ongoing supplier evaluations based on criteria such as quality, price, and timeliness. * Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, innovations, and cost-saving opportunities. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** **You must have:** * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Strategic Procurement Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * Excellent communication skills and negotiation ability. * Proficiency in spreadsheet software and procurement management systems. * Proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team. * Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. **Nice to have:** * Prior experience in procurement roles. * Knowledge of procurement processes, negotiation, and supplier management. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Benefits:** * Performance bonus * Meals provided at the workplace * Transportation allowance * Dental plan * Life insurance * Corporate mobile phone **GROW WITH US!** The Baratão das Embalagens is the fastest-growing company in the packaging distribution and sales segment.
