Health and well-being guide our decisions. **#BecauseLifeMattersWhenTreated** **Responsibilities and duties** **On a day-to-day basis, you will:** * Achieve sales and market penetration results by establishing productive relationships with specialists, opinion leaders, and decision-makers; * Attain sales and market share targets through strategic planning, effectively allocating time and available financial resources; * Maximize promotional performance of company products by undergoing training, refining sales techniques, gaining thorough knowledge of promoted products and competitors, and—above all—understanding physicians’ prescribing practices; * Sustain company brands and maintain physician prescriptions by developing, refining, and adapting sales strategies; effectively addressing objections and expressed needs; ensuring consistent and sequenced promotional engagement with productive commentary and alignment with physicians; * Maximize productivity of your territory by planning and optimizing visit routes, regularly updating and maintaining physician database information, and directing our products toward key prescribing potential areas based on internal audits and tools provided by the company; * Ensure the company’s image of excellence in the market by demonstrating deep product knowledge and upholding respectful, ethical conduct toward physicians, patients, and clinic staff; * Contribute to a positive organizational climate through collaborative, participatory behavior—proactively seeking alternatives and offering suggestions alongside District Managers and team colleagues; * Actively participate in process improvement initiatives. **Requirements and qualifications** **To apply to our process:** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor’s degree program; * Valid driver’s license; * Willingness to reside in the city specified for this position; * Willingness to travel. **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Prior experience in commercial activities and/or customer service (preferred). **Additional information** **+ Details** Work location (Base): **Natal – RN** Coverage area: **South Zone of Natal** Working hours: Monday to Friday – **44-hour weekly schedule** A valid driver’s license is **mandatory** to perform these duties.
