Job Summary: The Transportation Analyst is responsible for supporting the recruitment and management of drivers, routes, and deliveries; monitoring operations; and providing training and reports. Key Highlights: 1. Support in recruiting and managing partner drivers 2. Daily management of routes, schedules, and delivery tracking 3. Real-time operational monitoring and conflict resolution Opportunity – Transportation Analyst \- Shopee Location: Natal \- RN Responsibilities: Responsible for supporting the recruitment of partner drivers, daily management of routes and schedules, monitoring of loading and deliveries, resolution of operational conflicts, real-time operational monitoring, guiding drivers on app usage, and ensuring periodic vehicle maintenance. Conducting training sessions and presenting reports/indicators. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related fields; experience in fleet, transportation, or related operational routines. Intermediate/advanced Excel skills and KPI tracking.
