We are growing and seeking a Sales Consultant to join our telesales commercial team. **About the Role:** You will be the first voice our potential customers hear. Your mission is to convert interested leads into served families — through active listening, clarity, and empathy. **Day-to-day responsibilities include:** * Receiving and qualifying leads via phone calls and WhatsApp * Making outbound calls * Recording all interactions in the CRM, keeping the pipeline up to date * Conducting empathetic negotiations through to closing * Working with weekly and monthly sales and conversion targets * Participating in commercial alignment meetings for performance review **What We’re Looking For:** * Prior experience in sales (consultative or telephone sales is a plus) * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Familiarity with CRM systems or genuine willingness to learn * Proactive attitude * Resilience and results- and goal-oriented mindset **What We Offer:** * Competitive fixed salary * Performance-based bonuses and incentives * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Voucher * TotalPass * CLT employment regime — 44 hours per week * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM | Saturdays, 8 AM to 12 PM * Location: On-site — Av.
