Responsibilities and Duties * Supervise the Customer Success team, ensuring excellence in customer service and relationship management. * Monitor satisfaction metrics (NPS, CSAT, churn, retention) and propose continuous improvements. * Develop strategies to increase customer engagement, loyalty, and expansion of the customer base. * Support solution implementation and oversee the customer lifecycle. * Train and guide the team on best practices for customer service and account management. * Act as the liaison between customers and internal departments (service, sales, support), ensuring alignment. * Prepare managerial reports and present results to senior leadership. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or related fields. * Prior experience in Customer Success, customer service, or account management. * Knowledge of customer success metrics and CRM tools. * Strong communication skills, empathy, and negotiation ability. * Leadership and team management capabilities. * Organizational skills and results orientation. Desired Qualifications * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Customer Management, Marketing, or related areas. * Familiarity with Customer Success and Customer Experience methodologies. * Proactivity and ability to handle complex, high-pressure situations.
