If you master diesel mechanics and telematics systems, this role is for you! **\*Your Challenges and Responsibilities:** * Fleet Master: Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of light and heavy vehicles (mechanical, electrical, and tires). * Cost Strategist: Manage budgets and optimize CPK (Cost Per Kilometer). * Readiness and Recovery: Coordinate roadside assistance and reserve vehicles, ensuring operations never stop. * Compliance \& Technology: Monitor traffic fines and telematics data, ensuring compliance with CONTRAN regulations and environmental legislation. **\*Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or Technical Diploma in Automotive Maintenance. * Know\-how: Solid experience in diesel mechanics and telematics usage. * Tools: Proficiency in software such as NRgroup, Gobrax, Sofit, among others. * Driver's License: CNH Category B (minimum), Category D or E preferred.
