Hybrid routine between office work and weekly visits to units. Monitoring of timekeeping control and overtime bank management. Procurement of goods and inventory monitoring. Support in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow. Team management and conflict mediation. Support in hiring and termination processes. Tasks related to standard Unit Manager routines. Position based in Natal / RN. Bachelor's degree required. Relevant experience required. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: BRL 2,500.00 * On-site meal allowance * Fuel allowance * Transportation voucher **Additional Information:** * Employment type: Permanent - In-person. * Schedule: Full-time * Working hours: Business hours.
