




**Position: HR Department Coordinator** **Location: Natal/RN (On-site) \| Employment Type: CLT** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources or related fields; * In-depth knowledge of labor and social security legislation (CLT, eSocial, etc.); * Experience with hiring, termination, vacation, payroll, benefits, time tracking and social charges; * Proven experience in managing HR departments; * **Availability to work Monday through Saturday (business hours)**. **Responsibilities:** * Lead and supervise all HR department routines, ensuring compliance with labor and social security regulations; * Manage processes related to hiring, termination, vacation, payroll, benefits, time tracking and social charges; * Monitor department indicators and costs; * Act as a support point for corporate demands, proposing continuous improvements and ensuring strategic and performance alignment.
