Carry out bench repairs (component replacement, upgrades, system installation and configuration, formatting, and technical cleaning). Conduct comprehensive functionality tests after repair. Accurately record diagnostics, services performed, and components used in the internal system. Organize and maintain a clean and standardized workbench. Meet internal production deadlines. Follow company technical procedures and quality standards. Assist in organizing components and basic technical inventory control. Occasionally assist in preparing equipment for return. Focus on productivity while maintaining quality and accuracy in diagnostics. Tasks related to standard Technical Support Technician routines. Position based in Natal / RN. Previous experience as Technical Support Technician, Maintenance Specialist, Technical Support Analyst, or Technical Support Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role.
