The Senior Human Resources Analyst will be responsible for: * Submission and closing of eSocial and DCTFWeb * Payroll, vacation, and termination processing * Support during audits and inspections * Monitoring of union base dates * Accounting closings and annual obligations (DIRF, among others) * Supporting the team in departmental routines Requirements Essential items that cannot be missing from your toolkit: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, or Accounting Sciences * Knowledge of eSocial, DCTFWeb, Digital FGTS, and labor charges * Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency * Experience with tax correction procedures * Experience with annual obligations (DIRF and related filings) 2512270202491833146
