We seek organized and proactive professionals who wish to grow with our company and contribute to the efficiency of our logistics operations. **Job Mission** Support the control, organization, and optimization of logistics for vehicles responsible for daily **cleaning and goods delivery routes**, ensuring processes are executed efficiently and within established deadlines. **Main Activities and Responsibilities** * Design and optimize delivery and replenishment routes. * Conduct physical and system-based inventory control. * Monitor deliveries and provide support to drivers during routes. * Monitor replenishment at sales points. * Identify opportunities for operational improvement at sales points and in logistics processes. **Technical Requirements** * Basic knowledge of **Excel**. * Experience with **management software or systems** is considered a plus. * Technical or higher education (in progress or completed), preferably in Administration, Logistics, or related fields. **Behavioral Competencies (Soft Skills)** * Organization and attention to detail. * Proactivity and sense of responsibility. * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with team members and drivers. * Ability to work well in a team. * Capability to **solve problems and make quick decisions** in day-to-day operations. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in logistics routines, inventory control, or route planning.
