Ensure that food is served under optimal conditions Availability to work from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. Support activities related to food preparation, sanitation, and organization in the hospital kitchen, contributing to the production of meals that meet the nutritional and quality requirements for patients. * Assist in food preparation and pre\-preparation (cutting, washing, peeling, sanitizing vegetables, etc.), following the kitchen team's instructions. * Collaborate with the team in organizing dishes, adhering to food quality and safety standards. * Perform daily cleaning of kitchen utensils, such as knives, pots, plates, and equipment. * Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness in accordance with sanitary and food safety regulations, ensuring that food preparation and storage areas are always clean and appropriate. * Assist in meal distribution in dining areas or directly to patients, according to hospital routine. * Ensure that food is served under optimal conditions of temperature and presentation.
