




Job Summary: Act as the Technical Responsible Officer, ensuring compliance with sanitary regulations and implementing and reviewing GMPs, SOPs, and HACCP in the food industry. Key Highlights: 1. Training and guidance of staff on hygiene and quality **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday) **Level:** Supervision/Coordination **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT* Act as Technical Responsible Officer before regulatory agencies * Ensure compliance with applicable sanitary and regulatory standards for the food industry * Implement, maintain, and review GMPs, SOPs, and HACCP * Monitor production processes, quality control, and traceability * Develop and validate technical documents, reports, records, and assessments * Train and guide staff on hygiene, safety, and quality practices * Drive continuous process improvement and food safety **Requirements:*** Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or related fields * Active registration with CRQ (senior level) * Proven experience in the food industry (preferably with vegetable-based products or coconut-derived products) * Knowledge of: + Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) + SOPs + HACCP / APPCC + Sanitary legislation (ANVISA, MAPA, local health surveillance) * Proficiency in quality control, production processes, and technical documentation **Benefits:** Fuel allowance, Meal voucher
