




**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor merchant performance through indicators and analyses to support decision-making; * Conduct budgeting for Entrepreneur/PEC/Strategic Planning, monitoring and supporting their development; * Prepare requests for Finance/Commercial departments, providing RIG information and reports to EC; * Lead the process of correcting improper invoicing by identifying inconsistencies and ensuring compliance with the billing error correction process; * Interface with the Legal department (Instruments, Terms, Notifications); * Ensure annual updates of merchant guarantor contacts and guarantees through sending notifications and tracking responses; * Conduct studies for Contract Renewals; * Provide visibility of commercial processes and indicators through effective communication across shopping center areas; * Monitor/Control Store Openings/Closures; * Approve service orders requested by stores when relevant to the area; * Manage internal processes such as: Notifications, Physical/Digital Archiving, Contract Workflow, Vacant Store Control; * Conduct preliminary inspections of stores upon merchant departure to identify potential pending issues; * Prepare presentations; * Analyze and monitor commercial and market indicators. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related fields; * Advanced Excel skills desirable.
