Job Summary: Responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and distributing products and materials; managing inventory; organizing the warehouse; and supporting logistics and safety. Focus on organization, safety, and interdepartmental communication Receive, inspect, and store products and materials in warehouses, storage facilities, silos, and depots. Record incoming and outgoing movements and manage inventory. Distribute products and materials for dispatch. Organize the warehouse to facilitate movement and storage of stored items. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receive, inspect, and store products and materials in warehouses, storage facilities, silos, and depots. * Record incoming and outgoing movements and manage inventory. * Dispatch materials and products, inspecting them, arranging their shipment, and supporting the logistics process. * Physically organize materials in the warehouse, ensuring proper identification and easy access; * Manage inventory of various items (tools, PPE, spare parts, supplies, office materials); * Fulfill internal material requests, accurately recording withdrawals; * Complete spreadsheets or enter movements into inventory control systems; * Conduct periodic inventories and assist in verifying discrepancies; * Ensure preservation of the storage environment and stored products; * Support inspection of returned or exchanged materials; * Maintain effective communication with agricultural, mechanical, and administrative departments. * Comply with all safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and report any safety issues or activity-related hazards. * Adhere to guidelines and schedules established for each harvest season, ensuring tasks are completed within stipulated deadlines. * Actively participate in the Rural Workplace Accident Prevention Week (SIPATR), in compliance with applicable regulatory standards for the agricultural sector. * Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to departmental activities. * Perform other duties related to this position as requested by supervisors. * Safeguard company assets, preserving equipment, furniture, and other resources provided by Hervalense.
