Responsibilities and Duties * Plan, organize, and monitor shipping activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliveries. * Participate in periodic inventory counts and assist in stock control. * Comply with safety, quality, and best practices standards for storage and transportation. * Support the management of freight carriers and logistics operators. * Track shipping performance indicators (e.g., delivery time, damages, returns, logistics costs, etc.). * Interface with internal departments (production, warehouse, logistics, and sales) to align deadlines and priorities. * Ensure correct identification and traceability of shipped products. * Monitor processes including order picking, packaging, loading, and goods transportation. Verify orders and invoices, checking quantities, batches, expiration dates, and product integrity. * Requirements and Qualifications * Completed bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in shipping, warehousing, transportation, storage, or logistics operations. * Knowledge of issuing and verifying fiscal documents (NF-e, CT-e). * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. * Must reside in Diamantino - MT. 2512170202551720487
