Job Summary: We are seeking a mason to work on civil construction projects, performing masonry, cladding, and finishing tasks, with an emphasis on safety, quality, and environmental protection. General maintenance and preservation of structures Mason Position * We are seeking a mason to work on civil construction projects, performing masonry, cladding, and finishing tasks. Description: * Prepare steel reinforcements for beams, ground beams, columns, foundation augers, floor meshes, and slab meshes; * Paint concrete, steel, wood, and wire fence structures; * Prepare concrete manually or using a concrete mixer; * Carry out masonry construction, level the ground, dig soil openings with hoes for installing ground beam and auger forms, and fill the forms with concrete; * Unclog sewage lines and perform maintenance on potable water lines; * Maintain masonry buildings and general metal structures; * Assist, during off-season periods, in general maintenance activities, adhering to the company's established safety, quality, and environmental standards; * Ensure cleanliness, organization, and preservation of the workplace, as well as proper and safe use of equipment under one's responsibility; * Correctly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and comply with the company's safety rules and procedures; * Identify risks associated with one's activities and implement corresponding control measures, complying with the SSMA (Safety, Health, and Environment) Policy and applicable legal requirements; * Report and eliminate sources of risk and unsafe behaviors, avoid unnecessary exposure, and exercise the right to refuse unsafe work when necessary; * Combat waste and reduce generation of waste, effluents, and atmospheric emissions; * Actively participate in achieving the company's established quality objectives and targets; * Promote continuous compliance with corporate policies, standards, and procedures. Requirements: * Prior experience as a mason; * Knowledge of civil construction techniques; * Ability to work in a team and follow instructions; * Commitment to deadlines and work quality.
