Description

Job Summary: Responsible for operating and controlling various process areas, performing manufacturing tasks, operating equipment, and adjusting parameters to ensure production. Key Highlights: 1. Operate and control various process and effluent treatment areas 2. Perform manufacturing, equipment operation, and raw material handling 3. Ensure safety and quality in production operations * Responsible for field area operations (ETE – Effluent Treatment Station, Grinding, Cooking, Fermentation, Distillery, Evaporation, Solid Separation, or Drying); * Competently perform activities across all process areas (ETE – Effluent Treatment Station, Grinding, Cooking, Fermentation, Distillery, Evaporation, Solid Separation, and Drying); * Competently perform activities across all process areas (ETE – Effluent Treatment Station, Grinding, Cooking, Fermentation, Distillery, Evaporation, Solid Separation, and Drying), and operate a COI; * Perform raw material handling; * Execute basic manufacturing operations in respective areas according to organizational safety and quality standards and procedures; * Operate production sector equipment and machinery to achieve production targets; * Perform operational tasks in the distillery and fermentation equipment control and operation unit; * Adjust steam valves and stabilizers on stripping columns; * Monitor and properly facilitate product movement within equipment; * Regulate steam water supply via valves; * Dose chemical products; * Analyze the production tower; * Conduct inspections using electronic equipment; * Apply safety procedures for operations; * Clean and organize the workplace; * Assist leadership upon request; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the organizational environment.
