




Job Summary: Responsible for attracting new customers, presenting products, managing the lead portfolio, negotiating sales, and assisting supervision in strategic actions to achieve targets. Assistance in strategic planning and goal achievement * Ensure execution of internal and external activities to attract new customers to the store; * Present product price lists and discounts, clarify technical information to customers (as specified in the descriptive memorandum); * Prepare and submit customer registration documents following the financial agent’s approval standards; * Serve customers in person and via other communication channels, adhering to company-established standards; * Ensure daily management and execution of the customer (lead) portfolio together with Sales Assistants; * Assist the Supervisor in strategic planning of internal and external activities; * Provide support to Correspondents’ and the Supervisor’s needs as required; * Conduct negotiations and customer service jointly with Sales Assistants; * Achieve product sales objectives according to the monthly target. Requirements: * Completed high school education. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
