Act as a catalyst for the development of other team members by providing support and training, aiming for process standardization and delivery quality. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor the entire production process to identify any system anomalies and take appropriate actions; * Manage the instrumentation team to ensure team cohesion and employee productivity; * Prepare service order reports, including corrective actions taken for identified issues, and submit them to the immediate supervisor; * Perform tests on temperature, pressure, and level transmitters, analyzing calibration ranges to either return them to service or send them for maintenance, thereby ensuring equipment functionality during production; * Conduct maintenance on valves, pneumatic actuators, and pneumatic, electro-pneumatic, and electronic positioners—disassembling, inspecting components, calibrating, and testing—to restore them to operation; * Perform maintenance on safety valves up to 150 psi, including disassembly, sandblasting, painting, checking gaskets and bushings, assessing component wear, and lapping, thus ensuring safe operation of high-pressure equipment; * Daily monitoring of pneumatic and electronic equipment operation, identifying failures to carry out preventive maintenance and avoid production interruptions; * Perform annual maintenance on sugar bagging scales, disassembling and adjusting them for operation during production periods; * Conduct maintenance on actuators—disassembling, lubricating, cleaning, replacing parts, and performing functional tests—prior to reinstallation; * Monitor panel installation and wiring connections, performing adjustments and tests to ensure equipment readiness for use; * Manually assist in maintaining electro-pneumatic sugar bagging scales, checking for irregularities, replacing parts, and making adjustments—only during production periods; * Carry out job-related activities in strict compliance with all occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations established by the organization, and consistently use all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for job and departmental activities.
