Responsibilities and duties * Plan, organize, and monitor expedition activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in deliveries. * Participate in periodic inventories and assist in inventory control. * Comply with safety, quality standards, and good storage and transportation practices. * Support in managing carriers and logistics operators. * Monitor expedition performance indicators (delivery time, damages, returns, logistics costs, etc.). * Interface with internal departments (production, warehouse, logistics, and sales) to align deadlines and priorities. * Ensure correct identification and traceability of shipped products. * Monitor order picking, packaging, loading, and goods transportation processes. Check orders and invoices, verifying quantities, batches, expiration dates, and product integrity. * Requirements and qualifications * Completed bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in expedition routines, warehousing, transportation, storage, or logistics. * Knowledge in issuing and checking fiscal documents (NF\-e, CT\-e). * Intermediate-level Office suite skills. * Must reside in Diamantino \- MT. 2510160202251720487
