* CPA\-10 is an important certification for finance industry professionals. **In addition to being mandatory for direct roles in prospecting, sales, and investor service, it will make you more qualified within the market.**
**Responsibilities and duties**
* Provide the first point of contact for members at the branch channel. Welcome and assist members and non-members, directing them to the channel that offers the best service experience, whether physical or digital;
* Assist members with their "digital inclusion." Act as an agent of change, providing guidance on how to best use available digital services;
* Identify new business opportunities among members and refer them to Business Managers;
* Onboard new members by explaining about Sicredi;
* Perform cash handling operations such as receipts, payments, various inquiries, opening, closing, and managing cash at the cashier terminal. Prevent and deter fraudulent transactions, procedures, and money laundering.
**Requirements and qualifications**
* Undergraduate degree (in progress): Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
* CPA\-10 certification;
* Basic knowledge of financial products and services;
* Good communication skills;
* Member service experience;
* Comfort with technology;
* Customer service orientation;
* Facilitator / educator;
* Cooperative principles.
