Description: What do you need to have? * Education: Completed High School. * Preferred: Currently pursuing Technical or Higher Education in Administration, Logistics, and/or related fields. * Experience in logistics * Courses and Knowledge: * Office Suite * Intermediate Excel * Geographic regions * Transportation and Logistics * Transportation routing - routes On a day-to-day basis, your responsibilities will include: * Provide assistance and support to drivers during the process of transporting finished products and raw materials from the factory to CDDs and/or vice-versa, aiming to ensure compliance with customer requirements and guidelines established in the application that determines TR (Route Time), contributing to operational stability, goal achievement, and maximization of results. * Exchange shift information to align details. * Input and stratify data into computerized systems and update internal control spreadsheets. * Conduct daily interviews with drivers, recording important data. * Send travel schedules to drivers via WhatsApp. * Review fleet status and organize available trailers. * Work in compliance with occupational safety regulations. 2510110202241009587
