




Job Summary: Field Support Analyst for on-site technical assistance, ensuring resolution of incidents and service requests related to hardware, software, and IT infrastructure. We are seeking a Field Support Analyst to provide on-site technical assistance to end users, ensuring resolution of incidents and service requests related to hardware, software, and IT infrastructure. ***Responsibilities*** Provide technical support to users, logging and prioritizing tickets in ITSM tools. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues. Perform installation, configuration, and updates of operating systems and applications. Troubleshoot printers, workstations, and network connectivity. Document solutions and support process improvements following ITIL best practices. ***Requirements*** Experience in on-site technical support (Field Service). Knowledge of Windows, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and hardware maintenance. Experience with ITSM tools and Active Directory. Familiarity with ITIL Foundation concepts and information security best practices. ***Preferred Qualifications*** Knowledge of virtualization (Hyper\-V, VMware). Technical English proficiency and interest in AI applied to support.
