The people who are part of this continuous journey with us! **Do you have maintenance experience, team leadership skills, and enjoy working strategically and operationally?** **Are you seeking challenges and opportunities to improve processes, equipment, and results?** **Then this position could be perfect for you!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise and, when necessary, perform corrective and preventive **electrical maintenance** on machinery. * Monitor the **development of electronic devices** to enhance production processes. * Monitor and ensure proper maintenance of **machine sensors**. * Conduct **functional tests** on machinery. * Perform tests and validations of equipment for **new production lines**. * Monitor the development of **new machinery with suppliers**. * Define the **hiring of third-party contractors** for specific services. * Supervise the execution of **service orders** within the department. * Perform operations on the **main circuit breaker**, when required. * Develop **maintenance procedures and work instructions**. * Manage the **maintenance team and warehouse**. * Carry out **warehouse management activities**, including inventories, purchase tracking, and material stock control. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed technical course in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering.
