Job Summary: A professional responsible for defining and reviewing inventory parameters, analyzing material consumption, tracking purchase orders, using ERP systems for up-to-date data, and working with logistics KPIs. Key Highlights: 1. Define and review inventory parameters based on historical data and forecasts 2. Analyze material consumption and request replenishment 3. Track purchase orders and conduct follow-up with suppliers Responsibilities: * + Define and review inventory parameters (minimum/maximum) based on historical consumption and production forecasts + Analyze material consumption and request replenishment according to lead times + Track purchase orders and conduct follow\-up with suppliers + Use the company's ERP system to maintain updated data on materials, orders, inventory, and movements + Monitor customer order portfolio via EDI (if applicable) + Work with logistics KPIs related to supply, consumption, and coverage + Monitor incoming and outgoing goods, collaborating with receiving and warehouse teams + Support inventory counts, cyclic reviews, and balance adjustments + Support logistics in managing freight, especially emergency shipments + Prepare reports and spreadsheets to support decision-making Working hours to be determined.
