




Job Summary: Work in the carpentry field, fabricating and repairing equipment, furniture, and wooden parts, following manufacturing instructions and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Fabricate and repair furniture/equipment and wooden parts. 2. Assemble wooden parts and accessories. 3. Ensure organization, cleanliness, and safety in the workplace. Work in the carpentry field, fabricating and repairing equipment, furniture, and wooden parts, following manufacturing instructions. Analyze the part to be fabricated by consulting drawings, models, specifications, or other instructions. * Fabricate and repair furniture/equipment and wooden parts, applying required finishing, guided by drawings and specifications, and using appropriate tools. * Determine the material to be used for fabrication or repair of furniture and other wooden parts to be constructed. Perform marking and layout of reference points on the wood to be worked, adhering to shapes and dimensions specified in the drawings, to guide cutting and carving operations; * Assemble wooden parts of Pilates equipment and accessories. * Install hardware such as hinges, handles, and others onto parts, securing them at designated locations to enable proper handling and meet finishing requirements. * Understand and apply job-specific instructions. * Understand and apply quality standards. * Receive raw materials assigned to the department, assisting in unloading wood cargo and storing it in the correct location. * Release processes according to the checklist defined in the FLIP (Process Release Form); * Perform first-level maintenance of the workstation/process, as per checklist; * Maintain order, cleanliness, hygiene, and discipline within the department and common factory areas—per the 5S methodology; * Comply with safety requirements for the workstation; * Alert the team leader and/or production supervisor if process anomalies are detected, as described in the Defect Stop Instruction; * Actively participate in team meetings. * Train new operators at the workstation, as required by the team leader. * Respect company policies in daily activities, striving to perform tasks while generating minimal waste and conserving natural resources (water, energy, etc.).
