Aligned with our DNA, we aim to foster a sustainable, developmental, and safe work environment. **Work Location: Aracaju, Sergipe** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and analyze field team performance, tracking productivity, quality, and service execution deadlines. * Identify operational deviations, proposing and monitoring action plans to improve efficiency. * Systematically hold teams and suppliers accountable for meeting targets, deadlines, and established standards. * Monitor the execution of operational contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual clauses, SLAs, and performance indicators. * Request materials, equipment, and supplies required for field activities, ensuring availability and proper control. * Control and validate third-party service measurements, guaranteeing data conformity for payment purposes. * Support contract billing processes through technical verification of measurements and evidence of service execution. * Prepare managerial and analytical reports on operational and contractual performance. * Interface with internal departments (commercial, engineering, procurement, finance) to align and resolve requests. * Ensure compliance with regulatory norms, internal procedures, and the concessionaire’s quality standards. * Analyze, process, and respond to Ombudsman requests related to services provided, focusing on quality, timeliness, and regulatory compliance. * Provide technical support in investigating complex complaints involving operational and administrative areas. * Draft clear, well-founded, and regulation-compliant responses aligned with regulatory agency guidelines, the Consumer Protection Code, and other applicable legislation. * Monitor regulatory deadlines, ensuring responses are submitted within established timeframes. * Collaborate with internal departments to gather information needed to address requests. * Identify complaint recurrences and root causes, proposing improvements to internal processes. * Support audits and inspections by providing relevant data and information related to requests. * Record and track all interactions in corporate systems, ensuring traceability and organized information management. * Contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience through analysis of received feedback. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; * Solid experience in customer management and data analysis; * Proficiency in SQL, Advanced PowerPoint, Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Python; * Experience delivering corporate presentations.
