




Description: WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE: * Technical qualification in Occupational Safety * MTB registration (Brazilian Ministry of Labor) * CNH B driver’s license * Microsoft Office suite (intermediate level) * Preferred: Experience in Occupational Safety routines within sugar-alcohol or similar industries. * Availability for a 6-days-on/1-day-off work schedule and rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, or night); * Residency in Bocaína/SP, Dourado/SP, Boa Esperança do Sul/SP, or Jaú/SP YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: * Developing and implementing safety programs, such as the Risk Management Program (PGR) and the Occupational Health Monitoring Program (PCMSO) * Planning and conducting workplace inspections across assigned areas to ensure compliance with regulations and procedures. * Proposing preventive and corrective measures to control multiple occupational hazards (physical, chemical, biological, ergonomic, and accident-related). * Supporting the implementation of risk analysis tools (AST, POP, PAE, PCEP, Work Permit). * Supporting accident and incident investigations, analyzing material losses and events involving personnel. * Inspecting and ensuring the availability of emergency equipment. * Preparing technical reports aimed at delivering strategic recommendations. * Managing safety performance indicators, preparing presentations, and participating in meetings. * Conducting meetings and emergency drills with the Emergency Brigade. * Developing preventive actions jointly with CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention), Occupational Health, and Environmental departments. * Delivering occupational safety training sessions. * Conducting SSMA (Safety, Health, Environment, and Sustainability) onboarding for new employees. * Supporting the implementation of company standards and procedures. * Supporting and executing safety campaigns. * Assisting in the development of SSMA informational bulletins. * Complying with the company’s SSMA (Safety, Health, Environment, and Sustainability) standards; and * Performing other related duties. 251213020220328427
