Business acumen and passion for fashion **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS** * Proven retail experience in footwear or fashion. * Completed high school education (a bachelor's degree is a strong advantage) * **FULL AVAILABILITY FOR SHOPPING MALL HOURS** * Strong leadership and people development skills. * Ability to achieve goals and deliver results. * Business acumen and knowledge of retail KPIs. * Passion for fashion and customer experience. **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** * **Team Leadership and Management:** Recruitment, training, motivation, development, and performance monitoring of sales staff to achieve targets. * **Sales and Operations Management:** Planning sales strategies, cash handling, store closing procedures, and point-of-sale organization. * **Customer Service and Experience:** Ensuring excellence in customer service, personalizing the shopping experience, and focusing on customer satisfaction, aligned with the footwear segment. * **Inventory and Procurement Management:** Controlling merchandise inflow/outflow and intelligent inventory management.
