This is a critical role requiring commitment, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. As a Doorman, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our property and visitors, strictly adhering to company security policies. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and control access to our workplace, ensuring that only authorized individuals enter and exit. You must remain constantly vigilant, verifying identifications and following established security protocols. Additionally, you will serve as the initial point of contact for visitors, suppliers, and employees, providing information and guidance as needed. You must maintain a friendly and professional attitude, capable of handling emergency situations calmly and efficiently. The position requires you to keep accurate records of all entries and exits, and to report any incidents or suspicious activities to the security department. Experience in security or doorman duties is highly valued but not an absolute prerequisite.
